Rising prices add to households woes

Households across the country are facing the brunt of surge in commodity prices, as per a report in Economic Times. Price pressures have added to the woes of households already dealing with job cuts, salary reductions and loss of income as the effect of the pandemic-induced lockdown can still be seen across some sectors. The rise in prices of commodities and other costs are also denting households monthly spend capabilities.
