India Covid-19 crisis shows complacency, lack of leadership: Raghuram Rajan

Former Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Governor Raghuram Rajan has said that India’s rising of Covid-19 cases have revealed complacency after last year’s first wave, as well as a lack of foresight, a lack of leadership. Rajan further stated that India should have recognised coronavirus potentially comes back in more virulent forms.
