The Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT) has begun working with five social sector departments to improve the efficiency of social sector infrastructure with the help of PM Gati Shakti initiative. These include health, ministry of women and child development, department of rural development and panchayat raj, education and ministry of housing and urban affairs.
